Why I think blogging is beneficial - by stripe

Blogging? What’s blogging? Begging I know la...begging is beneficial because with a 'I’m so cute look', I get free food (KFC please) given to me. Just put my head on Lex's lap & act cute only...then tummy full full, burp burp.

ohhhh...blogging...well for me, as a dog, blogging is how I pass my time at home when Lex & Dee is at work. (Lex: no wonder my electricity bill so high!) When I blog, I put my thoughts down, cos Lex don't understand dog language ma. I bark WoOf & rowf is different meaning, u know. Sometimes when you put things on paper, or in this case, the monitor, when things are laid out properly, it makes more sense, at least to me.

Also, when I blog, it's my way of keeping in touch with my fellow friends who live far away, cos they blog too. Through blogs, I made a lot of new friends, that otherwise I wouldn’t have met like: scuba, joey & herbie. Though they make me jealous with gatherings & romps to the beach & eating outdoors, i feel happy for them. Herbie died last week, and his brother Helios is taking over the blogging pen (keyboard?) from him. His human, M was very sad & messages of condolences came pouring in from all over the world. Through Herbie's blog, M can remember him & their happy moments together, so a blog is like a journal that records your happy & sad moments so that at the time you need solace the most, you can read it anytime, anywhere.

Other than that, I blog to make announcements lo. it's a cheaper way of communication for my circle of friends. Like my new arrival puppy, I’m gonna post her picture up soon.

Well, there's not much reason a dog blogs other than the above. We have simple lives, blogging, begging, eating , sleeping, pooing while waiting for our humans to come home from work.

Now for my acceptance speech (always optimistic ma), if I win the contest, the domain or hosting will be for my pup who has yet to be named. Lex wanted to name her lat jiu (chili) but I don't want cos it sounds vulgar, so although Lilian don't like dogs, I would appreciate some suggestions from her too.

Whenever I misbehave, Lex would say, why can't you be more like Herbie? And i'd wonder who's Herbie? Herbie is a dog from Singapore who belonged to M. He's a golden retriever who had a very good life becos in Singapore, they can go to restaurants, beaches, outings but we can't in malaysia.

Today Lex told me Herbie died & I'm sad but I felt like I knew him like the dog next door because Lex always ask me to behave like Herbie. Herbie, it's good you're no longer suffering and when you reach the rainbow bridge, give doggy licks to my recently passed on pups too. tell them their mommy & lex loves them. take care of them for me ya.
